DESCRIPTION: Tranter Pilates Full Mat Certification as taught by Joesph Pilates. This will cover all exercises at all levels. Including all modifications and previsions. Learn the full system and how it is meant to be used in teaching and in your own daily regime.
REQUIREMENTS:
Level 2 Pilates Mat or equivalent certfication
COST: $1750 (2 week immersion)
